Training Opportunities

Virtual Training

We offer web-based sessions where a Church Community Builder training specialist teaches your staff, key leaders, and volunteers the how-tos of Church Community Builder. Learn best practices for using the features available in your software as your trainer teaches the concepts of each topic and provides your staff with a quality question and answer time. The cost for this training is $250 per session. Multiple sessions can be purchased. If you would like to purchase virtual training, please contact us at strategy@ccbhq.com.

If you have already purchased training, you will first be contacted about 30 days after your purchase. If you would like to schedule sooner than this or need to reach our training team, you can click on Help > Ask The Support Team and let us know you would like to schedule your training. We recommend scheduling your training in the first three months so we can help you implement your solution.

On-site Training

We will send a trainer to your location to work either in a group setting or one-on-one with your staff and/or lay leadership to provide topic driven training. We will work with you prior to our coming to determine a schedule, time needed, and how to prepare for the event. The cost for bringing a trainer to you is $1,000 per day plus travel expenses (two days minimum). Typically, a full day of training will cover three topics. Video Library

The Church Community Builder Video Library is a quality set of online videos that can be used to train both staff and volunteer leaders. New videos are added to the library on a regular basis. These videos can be viewed as often as you would like by as many people as you would like, and they are easily accessible from the Help Desk. The Video Library is included with every version of Church Community Builder.

Master Administrator Question & Answer Session

The free MA training video is available to all Master Administrators. Learn the roles and responsibilities of the MA through the video sent to all Master Administrators when you start using Church Community Builder. You can also get your questions answered in a 45–60-minute Q&A session. Anyone can attend, but those with Edit System-wide Settings and/or Campus admin privileges will benefit most.
