Our deepest passion is not software…
You may find this surprising, but what we’re most passionate about is not software. It’s helping you and your staff (paid and unpaid) grow. Imagine a better future for yourself … a place where the ministry you oversee is running on all cylinders, and thriving … where you, as a church leader, are more effective … where your efforts are multiplied. Not in pressing buttons on a keyboard, but in how you manage people and how you run your church. Now don’t get the wrong idea, we’re always looking for ways to improve our software to better match how you do church, but in the end, our software is just a tool; part of a much bigger picture. You work in a church. You probably have a big heart for ministry and are driven to use your pastoral, administrative, or teaching gifts to impact eternity. But if you’re like many church leaders, you and your fellow staff could use some help on the operational side of things to make the most of your efforts and really take your ministry processes to the next level.
Your software and processes should serve your ministry, not the other way around...
If you and your team have been using Church Community Builder for a while and find yourselves stuck, we can help. Whether you’ve had a change in leadership, your current processes are broken, or you’re simply in need of a fresh start, your coach will be glad to jump right in and help you get moving in the right direction.
Coaching can help if you're new to Church Community Builder, too. We understand the brain damage you and your team have to go through to change from your current ChMS system to a new one. With custom implementation, your coach will help you find just the right way to set up and use the Church Community Builder software for your church context. They'll work with your team to get your staff on board and then guide you through introducing it to your congregation.
Sometimes, meeting face-to-face makes all the difference. With on-site coaching, your coach will come to your church in person to help you with your implementation. Whether you’re struggling to wrap your head around the project, looking to get your team invested, wanting to talk strategy with an experienced guide, or more — on-site coaching brings our expertise to your door.
What Coaching Is
Coaching from Church Community Builder starts you off on the right foot for using our software and improving your ministry processes. Our coaches are fully trained in the software, project management, and the essentials of organizational change, and they'll help you adjust your strategy, build leadership consensus, and create or refine your processes to support your overall vision. Coaches share the wisdom and experience of thousands of churches who have been through what you’re going through now, and can make sure the Church Community Builder tools align well with your vision and key goals.
You don’t have time to learn everything on your own. Our coaches can guide you every step of the way and help you stay on track. They'll help you get up to speed faster and with less stress on your team.
What Coaching Looks Like
You will be assigned a coach based on your situation, and for six months, he or she will work with you to create a plan and check in on your progress during weekly scheduled calls. The project plan is very detailed, provides a context for schedule and strategy discussions, and is designed to help your church reach its goals — both in implementing the software and in improving the processes behind it. At the end, your coach will help you transition to our Basic or Premier Support, and you can also buy extra coaching time if you aren't quite ready to transition to the regular support system yet.
