I read in the CCB update section that effective October 3 the following was implemented. "In addition to the bounce notification email sent daily to the Master Administrator, the system will now leave a note within a person’s profile whenever their email address or mobile phone number has been removed due to a hard email bounce or spam complaint. This note will include the affected email address (or mobile phone number) and the reason for the removal."
I purposely changed an email address knowing I would get a bounce back report so that I could go to the person's profile to read the note in the profile. (We're very new to CCB so I'm just trying to see/learn it all). I did get the bounce report, but there was no note in the person's profile. As the Master Administrator I thought I would be able to see it. Does anyone know whether this is just visible to the individual whose email bounces or is this function not working?
This feature did get released on Oct 3rd as planned. As the Master Administrator you should be able to see this in the individual’s profile under the “Notes” tab. I have gone through and checked with a few of the bounced emails and have been able to see these bounce notes. Could you provide us with the email address that got bounced, and I can check a little further if need be…
